Latest News....Kangaroo Island Campaign Fires 2007
WARNING 100s of photos may take sometime to download.
A gallery has been added to our site which will have a day by day coverage of the fires on KI, and will consist of collected members photographs taken during December, as well as other information as it comes to hand.
More contributions of pictures are welcome, and it is hoped to have a snapshot of all fire locations including the huge contingent of volunteers, both from the fire services and community groups involved.
It can be found in the "Photos" section of our website under the Interstate Deployments heading

Pagers & Scanners
You can really waste sometime here, however on bad fire days it can give you a heads up to where fires are and where assests have been deployed.
This link will take you to the GRN pager site - data is updated every 5 min (approx)
Go to pager
The online scanner allows you to listen to the GRN voice channel - keep in mind it is not always online and voice communications vary from CFS to SES from all different groups.
